In June 1996 Interesse was established in an older building on 44th Street in Manhattan. A decade has passed since then. During these 10 years, we have established 10 offices in the U.S. and one in Tokyo. As our clients' international placements and employment activities increase, we are preparing Interesse to continue to meet their needs, not only between the U.S. and Japan, but also on a global scale.

I came to NY an an ex-pat of a major HR service company. Soon, I started to dream of becoming the top recruiting company in America and of offering the most advanced HR services. My vision was to provide clients with technology that would change their human resources business.

Because Interesse is located in the U.S. where the both IT and HR service are the most advanced, it is important for the business world to increase the level of communications where it is simultaneously globalizing and localizing. Despite the fact that HR business is still in the process of maturation compared to the other businesses, I strongly believe that we can benefit society by offering cutting-edge service.
