Description

Our client, a provider for health plan administration service, located in North suburb of Chicago, is seeking a Customer Service. (Japanese/ English bilingual)

Salary range: $35,000~$40,000 ($17/~$20/hour-Non Exempt,40 hours/week)
Work hours: M-F with a rotation of the following in every few weeks:
8 am - 4:30 pm ( 30 min. of lunch break)
10:30 am - 7 pm ( 30 min. of lunch break)
Benefits begin first of the month following date of hire

The Japanese Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing by working with providers, employees, and clients to accurately respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status.
On average, this position will take approximately 20-30 calls per day.
The focus of this role is exceeding customer’s expectations by providing exceptional service.


Background Profile:
*Bilingual Japanese/English required.
•Previous telephonic customer service experience.
•Typing speed of 35 wpm or higher.
•Ability to deal with problems in varying situations and reach reasonable solutions in a timely manner.
*Work experience in Japan is a must.
